BACKGROUND


With the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on 25th May 2018, all orgaisations within the EU must review how they manage all personal data, such as customer details to ensure they meet GDPR requirements.

We use data to help us provide a great customer service and the use of our website as well as sending information to you that is relevant and useful.

1.2 We do not store any credit or debit card or bank information. We only record the payment method.
1.3 We may share your details with partners of Eves & Gray such for the purposes of email and social media marketing.  If you purchase a product from us or subscribe to a mailing list we may pass your details to marketing partners of Eves & Gray.

2.0 WHY DO WE NEED TO COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION?

2.1.1 Provide Our Goods and services to you – without details such as name and address we cannot process or deliver your order;

3.0 When you submit your data to us via creating an account, making an order or subscribing to a marketing list we may collect:

3.1.2 Order data: Details of products ordered, delivery, delivery method and billing address, payment type, date of transaction, IP address of transaction.

4.0 WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

4.1 For the purposes of marketing, where users have opted in, we may share your details with partners of Eves and Gray.
4.2 When placing an order your details may be transmitted securely to our stock fulfilment company for the purposes of processing the order. The stock fulfilment company does not use this data for any other purpose.
4.3 We do not share or sell your data with anyone outside of Eves & Gray and our partners.

All of our marketing emails have links within to review and update your information and preferences of what information to receive from us. If you lo longer wish to receive marketing emails from us there is an option in the email to opt-out.

All of our marketing lists are in an opt-in basis and we strive to make sure that customers are happy to continue to receive emails from us.

6.0 I WANT TO REMOVE MY DATA FROM EVES & GRAY

That’s absolutely fine, you are entitled to that and we will ensure we do so in a timely manner. We will remove your details from our systems and partners.

If you have placed an order with us we are required to keep some details of the transaction.
